Morning breakfast like a boiled egg or egg sandwich is always good for our body. It is proven that healthy and balanced diet food is always best for our health. It is very important to have breakfast in the morning as it is called “the most important meal of the day”. After an overnight fast, It provides our body and brain with fuel for the day.
As it also gives energy for our body, it also provides important nutrients like iron, calcium, vitamin B, protein, and fiber. So don’t skip your breakfast in the morning.
An egg sandwich is a healthy meal that contains protein and provides you the energy that is needed for rest of the day. As we can make an egg sandwich in many different ways.
Out of them I picked these 3 easy ways and want to share them with you all. It’s very easy to make these sandwiches. Less then 20-25 min you can prepare them easily. As sandwiches can also be eaten with some other dishes too. One of them for me is chicken nuggets.
The chicken nuggets recipe which I share earlier is considered a heavy meal but sometimes we can eat with sandwiches too. So let head to the ingredients. Shall we?

1.CLASSIC FRIED EGG SANDWICH
It is one of the easiest and simple ways of making sandwich.
Ingredients
1-2 eggs
2 slices of bread
1 slice of cheese (if you don’t have then its fine)
Salt as your taste
A pinch of black pepper
1/2 table spoon olive oil (optional you can use cooking oil)
Methods
Put 2 pieces of bread in a toaster or (if you don’t have a toaster you can heat the bread in the pan putting some oil in it). Turn on the toaster to a medium setting.
While bread is toasting, lets prepare our egg to fry In the pan.
After the oil is heated, crack the egg onto the pan. While the egg is frying in low temperature, add a pinch of salt, black pepper and you can add some spice too.
Now flip the egg on the other side and cook the egg until you are satisfied with the yolk. (Some prefer there yolk slightly soft and runny other prefer firmer yolk).
Place the toasted bread on a plate. Put the slice of cheese on one piece and on another piece add the fried egg. You can add ketchup in the sandwich and eat it too.
Our fried egg sandwich is done and ready to eat. One thing keeps in mind, eat, or served immediately after it’s done or else it will become soggy.
2.SCRAMBLED (Bhurji) EGG SANDWICH
Easy to make easy to eat ππ.
Ingredients
2-3 Eggs
2 Slices of bread
2 Onion
2 tbsp cooking oil
β tbsp cuimin
1 inch piece Ginger
salt as needed
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1/3 tbsp black pepper
1/3 tbsp Garam masala
Methods
Put 2 pieces of bread in a toaster or (if you don’t have a toaster you can heat the bread in the pan putting some oil in it). Turn on the toaster to a medium setting.
While our bread is toasting, lets cut and ready our other ingredients. Break the eggs to a bowl.
In a hot pan add cooking oil. Add cumin, chopped ginger and onion. Mix them well.
When it turns into a brown color, add turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and black pepper. Mix them in medium temperature and leave them for 5-7 min, so that our masala can be cooked properly.
Now pour the eggs into the pan and mix them nicely and evenly in a low flame. When it mixed properly you can increase the flamen stir until its completely done.
So when the eggs (Bhurji) are cooked, transfer them into the bread. Add some vegetables if you have if not then it’s fine.
Cover it by another slice of bread.
Served immediately after it’s done or else it will become soggy.
3.BOILED EGG SANDWICH
Ingredients
2-3 Eggs
2 Slices of bread
A pinch of black pepper
Salt as needed
mayonnaise as needed
Methods
To make egg salad, first, we have to boil the egg on the pot. But before that,
Put 2 pieces of bread in a toaster or (if you don’t have a toaster you can heat the bread in the pan putting some oil in it). Turn on the toaster to a medium setting.
When the eggs are boiled, remove them and place them inside the cold water so that it helps the egg to cool down easily.
After the eggs are cooled, peel them and cut them into small pieces.
Put the eggs in the small bowl. Slowly add mayonnaise and mix them continuously. Until you are satisfied with the consistency keep on adding it.
Now add salt and pepper in the egg salad.
Check if the taste is good for your taste. If not then add more and our salad for egg sandwich is done.
Put the egg salad onto one piece of bread and then place other piece on top.
Boiled egg sandwich is done and ready to eat.
