Pizza is a dish that is mostly loved by all the people from different countries and I’m one of them. Recipe for veg pizza is very easy. Even you can make and prepare for your family and friends, home parties, or even birthday parties.

In every restaurant menu, pizza is served. Loved and eaten by all people around the globe. Whenever we had guests, we always made pizza at home and eat together. My mom taught me this recipe for veg pizza when I was learning to cook and now when I was making this recipe she was very happy. so I want to share this recipe for veg pizza with you all.

New Recipe For Veg Pizza

Usually, pizza is round, flattened base of leavened wheat-based dough topped with different kinds of ingredients like tomatoes, cheese, mushrooms, onion, and many more which is baked at the oven in high temperature.

There are different varieties of pizza recipes (veg, chicken, mutton, mixed, etc) and out of them, we are making veg pizza. It is very healthy and easy to make.

Recipe For Veg Pizza Ingredients

Ingredients for veg pizza
  • 2 pizza base
  • 1/4 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup soya bean (Glycine max)
  • 1/2 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 jar of tomato sauce, to cover the pizza
  • 100-gram cheese (mozzarella, Kanchan, cheddar, etc)
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tomato sliced
  • 200-gram green beans, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce (for coloring)

For Topping

It's for pizza topping
  • 1 cup soya bean (Glycine max)
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce (for coloring)
  • 1/4 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 200-gram green beans, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup

Methods To Make Recipe For Veg Pizza

  • To make the vegetable topping for the pizza, heat a pan with oil in a moderate flame.
  • Add minced garlic alongside with chopped onion in the oil. Mix them well and leave for 1 min.
  • After 1 min, when onion turns into brown color add chopped soya bean (Glycine max) and green beans together. Mix them properly and leave them for 2 min to cook.
  • Now add salt and soya sauce (soya sauce is optional, it’s for coloring. If u don’t want to put then just move to the next step).
  • After adding those ingredients, for the final touch up we are adding tomato ketchup and 1 pinch of black pepper in it. Mix them well and veg pizza topping is ready.

So as we done making our topping for pizza. Let’s work onto the next step.

  • Now spread the tomato ketchup on the pizza base.
  • Add our cooked vegetable topping on the pizza base.
  • Now add mozzarella cheese on the top of our cooked vegetable alongside tomato slices, oregano, and some oil.

  • Before putting in the oven, preheat the oven for 3 to 4 min so that its warm n ready to baked. Now until the cheese is melted and crust is golden brown baked the veg pizza at 180 to 200 degrees celsius till 15 to 20 min. After its done take it out from the oven and serve the dish.
