In my family, we for the most part have rice for lunch and have wheat-based roti or chapathi for supper. this implies we normally need to cook twice in a day with certain curries for rice and another for supper. all things considered, this has been the example for a seriously long time, yet I search for some other option and can be utilized for both the suppers. lauki ki sabji formula is one such option for me and I make it much of the time.
Moreover, before bouncing into the genuine recipes, a few hints, proposals, and varieties to lauki curry recipes. right off the bat, the container gourd must be diced in a medium-sized shape. try not to endeavor to bring down the size as it might get broke up with the sauce while cooking the curry. additionally, the 3D shapes ought not to be colossal in size as it may not get cooked appropriately. besides, similar recipes can likewise be made dry variation without the onion and pureed tomatoes. But for me, I like them with onions and pureed tomatoes.
However, it is totally discretionary. ultimately, in the event that you wish to make it more smooth, you can include cashew glue or in any event, cooking cream as a fixing once the cooking is done. this would make it velvety as well as brings down the zest heat. subsequently include it in little bits and taste it before including the following cluster of cream.
